My kids really never cared about the characters.

Mine didn't either as far as the meet and greets; and we couldn't afford the character meals back then. But our grandchildren love the character meals!

alright I've got another one: I don't really like Iger any more than I liked Chapek. $lappie was just an angrier, dumber, balder, and somewhat incompetent/socially inept version of the Original Bob. He's just like IPger in his singular goal of 'striving for mediocrity'

I'm not sure that is an unpopular opinion. Iger seems like a good pitch man or spinner but that's about as far as I would go on his abilities. Unless we are counting having the ability to single-handedly irritate Disney fans beyond all measure.

fair enough, I was thinking the same. I guess it depends on who you're talking about. I have heard multiple posters on the site say that Iger was bad, but Chapek was worse. I personally disagree with that... for me as a consumer the two are basically interchangable.

I don't like beignets!

Everybody has different tastes and gastric tolerances, as for me, myself and I the turkey legs are mighty tasty and filling. A Dole Whip for dessert works out very well.
