Right, because all Epic is is coasters. I thought you said they weren't building the park at all?

I never said Epic was all coasters. I said there seems to be far too many coasters.

Coasters in my opinion are cheap attractions you find in your local theme park. Universal and Disney are so much more than that. See the innovation and ground breaking technology for attractions like Spiderman when it first came out.

I am seeing far too many lazy off the shelf coasters, slap of paint, make a nice queue and call it 'whatever IP you want'. Universal are doing this lazy nonsense far too much now.

Where is the innovation ? Or is it making things on the cheap ?
so is Donkey Kong mine cart coaster a lazy off the shelf coaster?

We all knew you made a mistake when you claimed it was never going to be built.

We knew we were rite.

Never said it was never going to be built. My main point of concern was the delay should never have happened, and the longer it went on the longer the project seemed like it would never be complete. By not committing to it, and being wishy washy was very unlike Comcast in their usual aggressive approach to theme parks in Orlando which has seen them bring up Universal attendance massively.

Tourism can have the odd bleak period, but by in large it's figures goes up - as long as you have a good product for people to visit, and then to visit again.

Comcast admitted they shouldn't have delayed. By now Epic Unvierse would have been open.

Let's see. But if you can remove the name Donkey Mine cart coaster, and replace it with Superman - will the attraction just be the same? If so, it's off the shelf and just branded - see Velocicoaster.

I really do love the celestial theme of this parks core, cant wait to visit in a couple years! Will it be as good as IoA?...maybe maybe not. I still may prefer IoA attractions more overall but this looks great regardless imo

As a new build I think it will be much better, design is different now

What are you talking about? That's one of my favorite issues of Superman! It's right up there with the one where he rides a motorbike and gets a lesson in magical creatures.
I love the argument, "If you remove all of the theming to make it unique, it's just an off-the-shelf attraction."

Doesn't that mean Rise of the Resistance is an off-the-shelf ride because Ratatouille exists?

I think the point is somewhat fair regarding Velocicoaster, which is very lightly themed (at least as far as the on-ride experience), but I agree with you in general.
