When was the ride opening again?

did you even read the thread title???

Actually the title is not accurate based on the most recent info I found. The most recent refurbishment document published lists the ride reopening 3 days earlier, on march 4. Of course all dates are subject to change.

That's why as a rule Disney just does not look. It's hard to prove that they did not, and they'd rather not have to publicly share information on their internal process.

You mean the coin toss to decide whether to use the dartboard or the magic eight ball for decisions...

The princesses could always meet near their respective ride like Ariel does. Except Rapunzel would be by bathrooms, not a ride

Poor use of space indeed. I say gut the belle meet and greet and make it a nice little Dark ride for beauty and the beast. And gut the empty circus tent for the fab 4 over at Story book circus and make that a Pinocchio's scary adventures ride themed to the horrors of Pleasure island :') Also gut the merida meet and greet and the cheshire cafe and add an Alice dark ride. The space is all there.

How are there not already in-depth reviews of the changes? The ride has been open for 25 minutes and has a 5 minute wait. I expect results!

Haha- this is why I love these forums. Other people who are Disney obsessed like me. Sooooo, any info on changes? I really hope they have fixed the lighting and made it look less plastic. I loooove this ride but have to admit that the exposed duct work really takes you out of the moment.

I hope to check it out later today. The changes may seem minor on a video, but made a huge difference in person when we rode the DCA version earlier this year. It made the under the sea room seem much bigger. Glad to see them invest in making improvements.

Better facade + better queue + upgrades = best version of the ride. Funny how I first saw the upgrades in Disneyland before my home park of Magic Kingdom.

Yay!!!! The lighting looks sooooo much better in the under the sea room and the ride looks "warmer" if that makes sense. The fixed hair on "Kiss the Girl" looks better, but in Cali, didn't Eric's hair get fixed as well or am I imagining things?
