That is Dormouse from Mad T Party at California Adventure. Mad T Party is a rave-type/club at California Adventure. There's a band and the guy posted is in the band.

Those are literally ALL of my favorite band members! I find that Hatter and March Hare attractive too, but I like Dormouse the best. That specific March Hare is absolutely adorable though!
