I'm very much looking forward to TRON too, especially because Shanghai is too far to walk for me and a lot of other Disney fans!

Quick 14hr flight from Chicago then a 15 min ride on the Maglev from Pudong then another 25 min ride on the metro and poof, you're in Shanghai Disneyland!

Prooobably just has more to do with the fact that the work being done right now is not especially exciting. Once the canopy panels start appearing or train tracks start getting laid, people will care.

There's a part of me that likes to think now they've gone with this aesthetic incorporating the curved architecture the tron attraction has whether the rest of the land may adopt some more of this kind of look. I'm intrigued to see whether space mountain could have it's sharpness tamed by some kind of curved canopy instead.

I'd prefer a more sleek look...electric cars with under lights to match the color of each car.

Not the best pic to show it, but Trom just blends with the land in Shanghai and still stands out. Especially later with the lights on. I hope DW looks even half as awesome.

Why on Earth did Imagineering greenlight the canopy that isn't tall enough to completely obscure the show building?
