Where are lockers in Shanghai?
In a little area by the exit under the actual canopy. Marked in red below:

Joffery's must have some good, grandfathered deal.
There is also more money to be made within the Mainstreet area as there are more revenue opportunities.

To be fair i feel the TTC could deff use a small expansion/modernization. A starbucks and maybe a small indoor disney store and bigger bathrooms would go a long way. Even if its just sort of purgatory on your way to the MK.

I assume it will take the two tunnel route (otherwise, why have the tunnels?) but don’t honestly know.
The bottom route does not appear in the concept art and likely runs too close to backstage paths for comfort. I'm a bit torn between the top and middle as options. The middle includes the two shortest cuts through the flyovers, so it's a possibility, but it also gets close to backstage near the end. Much more manageable in general, though. The top route keeps pedestrians in darkness for quite a bit longer because it would probably need to run even a bit farther north than shown to fully clear the canopy support, but that might be the point of that triangular gap just below the locker building, assuming it's a hole to allow light to flood into the area below and not a planter of some sort.

I know Shanghai has some stairs that go down to the below paths. But I don't think they've got space for them here with the train running through. Would be a solution to still be able to get to Fantasyland from Tron though.

There won't be stairs. Stairs are not ADA compliant and even TDO wouldn't make a new guest area non ADA compliant.
ADA ≠ Wheelchair Users. There are a number of accessibility requirements related to stairs in the ADA Standards for Accessible Design and EPCOT Accessibility Code. Access provided along an accessible route doesn’t have to be the same for those using stairs and those using another means.

Why the **** does there need to be another Starbucks on-site?

Anywho… the canopy will be nicknamed “Gotti”, nothing will stick to it! 😉

I mean, people spend up to an hour on line for Starbucks in the parks at peak times, having another location at the TTC could help alleviate wait times in MK and EPCOT.
If I had my way with it, they'd all be spending their time waiting in line somewhere off-property. Of course, I'm not a coffee drinker, so I don't understand what the absurd addiction/obsession is with SB. Over-hyped, over-priced. Wait... that fits perfectly with the Bob-era Disney.

Anyway, I don't want coffee to derail this thread.

I don't care if they serve Starbucks coffee, I just wish they didn't have the Starbucks logo plastered all over everything. It's a distraction from theme to have the Starbucks logo on the signage and windows of the Main Street Bakery, for example.

Admittedly it could be worse than it is.
