Can't remember... did Rat or CR have any regular "soft" opens before the actual open date, or was it all cast/DVC etc paid previews?

I'll be at WDW the 22nd to the 24th but sounds like I will miss the opportunities for the other preview options...
No I don’t think so. I can’t remember the last attraction have a real soft opening

Emails come out the 16th for AP holders
Emails were already sent to AP holders with information about watching for the email on the 16th. The issue issue is if you didn't get one of those preview emails from Disney 2 days ago you won't get AP preview link email on the 16th either.

I received a message through the app, never received the email. I called Disney and they told me about 50% of the AP holders emails buffer was cleared(their exact words)and if an AP holder didn't get the informational email about watching for the AP email link on the 16th there is 99% chance they are NOT getting the email on the 16th. In other words I am not getting an emailed link for the Tron preview and neither are about 50% of AP holders.

That being said they told me, "sir just get the link somewhere online" I said is that okay? They said it is perfectly fine to get the link form anywhere. So why not simply post the darn link on the WDW website instead of aggravating 50% of AP holders by not getting them the email?

Can someone please post that link on this forum the 16th, or message or even text it to me, I would appreciate it and owe a favor.

D23 is charging 50 bucks each for a preview I am not paying that!

I just watched Troy Legacy…the beginning was so cool but that story after that was hot mess territory.
TRON is definitely not a property that rides on the strength of its storytelling.

It's a little frustrating that the ride they finally built it so short given that the world of TRON is better suited for an experiential medium like a Theme Park than almost anything else.

I'm far less interested in watching a story play out in that world than I am in just wanting to go to it myself - now we finally get the chance and the trip is too brief.

What they should do is put a disc battle VR attraction in the former Stitch space. I don’t know if it would be feasible and capacity would be brutal but I think it could potentially be fun!

Yeah while that sounds fun you are right that capacity would be horrible. But I could see something like that in DS or somewhere as a Void like attraction.
