I assume #8 LB is forces

So

07,049,504 is 7 trains and 4 Gs, 95 km/h in 4 seconds
LB = “Light Bike” (Lightcycle). So, yeah, that’s most likely what that meant.
With the solution in hand, I don't think 8 meant anything independently. 2, 8, and 10 were all supposed to give you pieces of the final answer, but I imagine most of the surrounding stuff was just supposed to be whatever.

And a related question: will CR keep VQ until then or shift to Standby before then?
One thing interesting to me about that CR queue is that, barring a tweak up of ILL distribution, that indoor queue can’t really support a standby line longer than 75-90 minutes.

Well I bet they had a big old chuckle at our expense when they realised no one was going to figure it out!
They should be embarrassed that they are out of tune with their intended audience. If no one can get it they could have put it in Sanskrit for all the information it conveyed.

The API that provides the virtual queues in the MDE app returns the data as a list, in which more than one virtual queue can be accommodated. This happened before during the holidays when the Santa thingy at Disney Springs was VQ, or when AP magnet distribution was VQ.

There can be more than one VQ in the app at a time. They're not mutually exclusive.

I can see the demand on both being so high that they both have VQ.
Yes true........But, there is precedent:

From DTB: Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance and Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure both stopped their VQs…and we’ve been expecting Cosmic Rewind to follow suit for (literally) months. It hasn’t actually needed a virtual queue since (at least) last July.

I would expect WDW to actually "suspend" Cosmic Rewind VQ by Feb 1st and test it out on standby, leaving the possibility it could go back on VQ if it needed to
