Looks like restroom then, and underneath on the ground floor will be some backstage cast member area maybe.

Those openings do look a lot like restrooms. The wide ones to the main group restrooms, a middle door for a family restroom and a custodial space. It wouldn’t really make sense to have such tight openings on a locker area that you want open and easily able to move people.
Agreed.

Is there a possibility they would open two E-Tickets in the same year? Would an October 1, 2022 or Thanksgiving a possibility? A spring 2023 opening seems unlikely especially seeing how it's coming along together rather quickly. Cosmic Rewind is done so they could transfer all the workers to MK to expedite Tron.

The "workers" are a contracted company right? I didn't think Disney employs actual construction workers. If this is true then unless the two attractions are built by the same construction company they aren't going to combine forces like Voltron or anything.

Is there a forum somewhere for Dollywood? Would love to hear some chatter about the park and the area around it.
Probably a Pigeon Forge or Sevierville forum somewhere.
