Your time is formatted incorrectly in the first tag.

"2. Immediately after the '=' enter the date and time of your trip, in the format of YYYY/MM/DD HH:MM. For example, to set July 31 2014 at 9am, enter 2014/07/31 09:00. The time is 24hour, so to set 9pm at night, enter 21:00."

First, it needs to be HH:MM

So, if it's 4:00, it should be 04:00

Second, if you mean 4p, it's a 24 hour clock. So, add 12 to the time (military time).

So, 16:00 will be 4p.

04:00 is 4a.
