I saw someone reporting theyre working on 34 AAs for Frozen, that cant be right?

Off the top of my head there's

Elsa (x2)
Anna (x2)
Kristoff
Sven (x2)
Olaf (x3)
Marshmallow

That's 11, plus a half dozen trolls?

34 does sound like a lot more than there is, but the ride also has smaller animated figures like Snowgies and puffins.

I've been vocal about adding more Hollywood Blvd to the park, but this false front to the left make no sense in isolation.
It was part of a series of flats that created a vignette around the Tram Tour station. Now that's gone and it's just there.

This one wasn’t for the tram station; it was to hide the very bland side of the Animation building.

Lion king looks great. I think the focal point flanking trees was a good move, the pure Savannah look feels a bit too barren for the rest of the park.

I hope it stays original to Paris.

The updated concept for the walkway and swings also a big thumbs up from me. It doesn’t look at all like WDAS, which is the biggest compliment I can give. Cute and charming. Is Michel on this project specifically too? He might be my new dark horse favourite imagineer after what they did in HK for arrendelle. One of the few left that seems to be able to pull off “charming”.

there was a news story not long ago that said DLP offices got raided by french tax authorities. they were investigating profit-shifting especially around R&D.

I wonder if that contributed to France getting it's own unique ride and land.

that plus universal in the UK could hopefully see some more interesting things sped up in Paris

Michel is now the lead Imagineer for all of DLP. He has a fancy title but I don't remember what it is. The initial signs are very positive.

Don’t know if I saw anyone here mention this, but the mural backdrop design seems to feature all the IPs in the park. Could this potentially point to Inside Out and Wall-E coming? Although on the flip side that would also indicate that Genie is here to stay…

Possibly, though it could just be a generic "Pixar" reference to Worlds of Pixar and perhaps the current show. As you allude to, I suspect some of the IP featured will become less relevant over time. Who knows, though, maybe Stitch Live will be with us for decades to come!

And if we really want to deep dive into this, could that one empty corner possibly be a placeholder for the next land? Every other part of the poster is filled with a direct reference to the park (sorcerer hat, ToT, ear-fel tower)

All looking rather nice! Certainly gives a sense of how the scope of the park will be dramatically increased once this all opened... even if that still looks like a long walk for one attraction in World of Frozen!

Again, the odd collection of facades at the beginning is something that they hopefully get around to fixing one day as it still looks awkward and it's particularly weird to see them bold down a bench in front of a fake door on the Animation building side. I guess they have bigger fish to fry for the moment, though.

I find them fine. But of course doesn’t mean you’re wrong ! There again I wasn’t offended by the interior of Studio 1 either. Or the Village (aside from some TLC)

Black panther doesn't have a ride or show either. I think they just represent Marvel and Pixar. Or maybe they'll be present at the new night show. Alice in wonderland isn't there though.

I quite liked Studio 1.

My problem with the Village is the horrible security fence which makes it look like the border patrol at Dover, Calais or any other port.

Even some planters on either side and a proper exit way back to the station would help.
