How can a family land themed to something as iconic as Toy Story fail so completely?

It hasn't yet.

I agree that a buffet style sit down character meal would be a win-win though.

Maybe I just some color changing rope lights strung on me and I'll be perfect? I'll have to try those out the next time I visit.

That night lighting looks gorgeous. Maybe not as gorgeous as Pandora, but still wonderful. I especially love the way the "GO" signs light up sequentially on SDD.

There's no need to condemn the land for not being fully featured. It'd be like condemning Art of Animation Resort for not having the amenities of a deluxe resort.

If it cost as much as a deluxe, in a location that needs a deluxe, you’d expect at least a posh moderate.

Yes.

Exactly. And it would’ve been easy to do! A toy store themed to Toy Story is simple to theme and a Toy Story sitdown character meal would sell out 180+10 days out at $45/head. Theme it like the Midway Mania queue and maybe throw in interactive “windows” where you see the characters other than the four physically in the room and families would lose their schnitzel. How can a family land themed to something as iconic as Toy Story fail so completely?
