there's an insidious disease inherent in wholly owned twdc parks, symptoms of which are littered all over wdw...
luckily for some, wdw, in particular, has developed a fascinating auto-immune response which shields the truth.
quick show of hands...
how many have brought their concerns of tot's show quality to gs?
if the only thing you've done after having gone is book your next trip and complain on the internet, you're part of the problem - you're actually morton, and when it rains it pours

I would argue that, in addition to making your voice heard with your wallet (which we know none of us are gonna do lol), threads like this are more effective than shooting off an email to Disney which will likely only get a canned response and not be seen by anyone who can do anything. This, on the other hand, is out there in the public, seen by thousands, and Disney does frequently scout the boards to see what people are saying.

Cast members didn't seem surprised when it went down, so I was wondering if it some early testing or something since reports were that there were two weeks left of refurbs
I wonder what mechanical updates they could make that can be tested with live souls before they finish it. With the videos posted of the SkyLiner bouncing like crazy, I'm assuming they are upgrading ToT as it now has some competition?
