Just to ease your mind, based on the price for those drinks that you assume people are gulping down, I don't think people go there to get drunk or even expect to fill up on the also expensive samples. If they are that wealthy they would find a much less expensive place to go that didn't have a $100.00 (+-) cover charge just to get in. I was there this past September. I did not go to experience the Food and Wine Festival. I went to go to Epcot. Didn't have a single drink, hardly munched on anything and never saw anyone that was even tipsy, much less drunk.
Like the time that a newspaper made a mistake and ran an obituary for Samuel Clemens (Mark Twain). He immediate responded by saying that the reports of his death were greatly exaggerated. I think the same thing applies about the drunken debaucheries at Epcot and are also greatly exaggerated.
