I do know that he told the writers of the Big Thunder Mountain comic book from Marvel to make Barnabas Bullion a more sympathetic character.
And I'm glad he did.
I was quite puzzled as to why the obvious 'tribute' to Tony with the Barnibus portrait made him out to be a villainous character.
Why a villain?
What kind of honor is that, honestly?
It's like insulting someone at the same time they were trying to pay tribute to him.
Tony mentioned the 'Barnibus' portrait during the presentation, and understood it was supposed to be a tribute to him.
He was however slightly confused as to why he was made to appear to be a villainous character.
'Is it because I'm mean..?' , he questioned.
Tony then shared a image from the 'Big Thunder Mountain Railroad' comic book series of a concerned looking Barnibus side by side with a matching photograph of a concerned looking Mr. Baxter staring down at the pages inside of said comic book.
This made the audience laugh, especially with his witty comment regarding the visual match, as the drawn image of Barnibus was clearly directly inspired by Tony's appearance and was more then obvious.
I still find it odd that they 'cast' his character in a negative role, but at least in the comic series he redeems himself.
I can't say that for the slightly disturbing portrait image.
Barnibus is staring me down....
EEK!
