Tomorrowland Overhaul Speculation

According to the rumor, the track will be close to the hub and go over the heads of guests. You interpret this as in the back of Tomorrowland?
I don’t interpret her rumor as truth. It’s funny how far you’re willing to take it especially with all the grief Astro Orbitor gotten by being in the hub. Remove one eyesore for a really big eyesore?

Have you seen Tron in Person? The canopy itself doesn't fit the scale of Disneyland and that is all needs to be above ground.

And all I said was it would need to be altered to fit with DL's TL and it appears we are in agreement with that.
No I haven't seen it in person, but seen enough video to know the scale you're talking about. The canopy is just that though a canopy, its not the track itself. The canopy can be altered to fit into any scale and style. And the track itself would be no bigger than the Peoplemover tracks that exist deteriorating today.

I don't think I read any rumor regarding Tron in DL that said it would be a complete carbon copy of Shanghai. So everyone who is freaking out because "it'll be too big" don't get how coasters can be modified. All they see is the massive thing that is in Shanghai and expect it to be plopped down in TL exactly as is. Which is not going to be the case, so yes in that we are in agreement.

After I scoffed at any fool who believed the rumors of Tower of Terror being replaced by a Guardians of the Galaxy ride (because who would believe such a stupid idea?), I take rumors a lot more seriously, especially when they sounds completely stupid.
In every case, context matters. Disney is currently BILLIONS in debt. With what they already done, Disney is still willing to cuts things to make their budgets. So the idea of demolishing all those legacy buildings in the front of Tomorrowland is very ambitious and expensive and they will be left with 2 attractions (Tron and Space Mountain). Guardian of the Galaxy is a simple overlay. That's why they did it. To remove a heavy set-piece Buzz Lightyear attraction makes no sense if they are losing attractions in a land that needs excitement. They didn't do it at Magic Kingdom. The fix to Disneyland's Tomorrowland is quite simple. Innoventions, Submarines, and Autopia can easily go and no one will complain.

Fab's rumor is just a lively as any other rumor like "It's a Small World" is going. I don't refuse to listen to rumors though.

Blue Sky Idea-

Redo the Tomorrowland People Mover Tracks & Put a TRON inspired Rocket Rods attraction up there. Area formerly CoP can become a dark ride portion.

Also, I don't mind the canopy as much as I mind viewing a 76 foot Blue Box from inside Disneyland.

If they end up going with a Tron clone, they should put spires around that blue box or something

Oh.... jeez. What does that look like from inside Future World? Hopefully you can't really see it?
Snooped around instagram for guardians hashtags, found some wall-less pics. Here I thought the silver test track show building was huge
