I just read on the forum that Tomorrow Land Terrace is being opened as a TS Buffet for end of August and dates throughout Sept.
Does that mean they are expecting higher levels of crowds during this time?

Not exactly. Due to free dining, restaurants are ridiculously crowded during those times, while the parks and rides don't seem to be as crowded. I don't know how that works, but that has been my experience.

It would be nice just to see the place open. We've been to WDW 8 times, and most of those were during VERY busy times of the year (spring break, Christmas, summer vacation), and I swear, we've never seen the place open!!
