They already on sale in the parks, Digita release will be on April 26. Deluxe version to be released on digital streaming on May 24.

Oh awesome! It’s awhile since I purchased music from TDL. Last I remember those in the US can not purchase it on iTunes. Has that changed?

as far as i know i can play it in asia i dont know about other territories. The distribution label is under the brand Universal Music Japan . I hope that they would release it globally.

So I was actually at the park yesterday for the sneak, and I gotta say — Harmony in Color is NUTS. The soundtrack is insanely catchy, almost all of the floats are really well done, and the dancers are back!!!
Is it as grand as Dreaming Up or Happiness? No. But it’s still excellent, and worthy of being a Tokyo Disneyland parade. I just wish they’d add a bit more dancers.
Meanwhile Living in Color is such a catchy song, dare I say better than Brand New Day. I cannot wait to go see the parade again on April 15!

SweetDuffy had it right for the announced ones. Harmony in Color itself will likely be released in mid/late May judging by past parade releases.
Japan region users can, I don’t believe anywhere else. I know I get it on Apple Music here.
