Tokyo Disney Resort 35th Anniversary: Happiest Celebration

Last year's Halloween parade. Plus it looks like Night High Halloween is not returning so, Brand New Dream will return at the end of Sept!
Themed around a Tokyo Disneyland taken over by ghosts. Sounds much better than the underwhelming Halloweens we've had since the 30th.

Leave it to Tokyo to actually release soundtracks for not only attractions but parades and not have to wait over a year or two.

It was a song composed by Bruce Healey for (I believe) Tokyo Disneyland's 15th anniversary in 1998. It received later usage in the resort's Valentine Nights events. You'll probably recognize it by its alternate name, "Celebrate the Magic".
EDIT: Apparently Magical Moments and Celebrate the Magic are two different songs? Weird... http://disney.wikia.com/wiki/Magical_Moments
EDIT 2: Maybe that site is wrong... ASCAP lists it as being one song with an alternate name, like I originally thought:

I like that TDL keeps on refreshing and updating their nighttime spectaculars. TDS needs to follow pace. Fantasmic hasn't aged well in my opinion.

I may not have gotten a direct answer but that answer was still satisfying. Bravo!
I asked a friend and he said he heard it too, same song with different lyrics, so I'm guessing it is the same song.
