Tinker bells wire

Tonight there was a ballon stuck on the wire for her to fly on. How do they get it off or down? Do there just leave it it and let the show go on or do they cancel the show? I have never seen this happen before! Thanks for the help!

Tink will not perform until it's removed by crane or high reach depending on the location.

That has happened several times according to our Keys to the Kingdom tour guide. Sorry that you didn't get to see her!

Won't the balloon just pop over time? The helium has to run out at some point.

Yeah, I'm pretty sure the string would make Tink flying completely out of the question if it's caught on her wire. Huge safety issue.

I remember my tour guide from Keys to the Kingdom said that there are indeed male Tinkerbells.

It's pretty often a male performer. Performers have to have the physical strength to pull themselves down the wire should the rig ever get stuck (no offense ladies, just relaying the job requirements and the resulting casting choices).

I was there that night. I was so sad. It wasn't the same without her flying out but I understand they couldn't do it with the balloon on there.
