Is that true? It sounds Psychological....:lookaroun
It is a tad psychological but in reality once a dangerous act becomes commonplace you tend to become complacent and that is when accidents happen. This is why auto accidents tend to happen near your home. You are in familiar territory and you tend to pay less attention to what is going on.

Ahh..interesting.
The actual landing spot is on the roof of Buzz...but if you look from the view of the castle just look toward the rear of Timekeeper.

Not sure if posting it here will work, but here's a tiny video of Tink at Disneyland crashing into her landing mattress.

Don't see a vid, Lee...:(

But that must be interesting, seeing she's hooked onto the pulley.:dazzle::lol:

This little clip?

Its Tinks old flight the tower that she smashes into is no longer there instead there a huge fake pine tree that all the wires go to. After she is done flying she gets off there and the pulley system gets pulled back into the Matterhorn. Or incase of Dumbo or Zero both start there flights from down there.

Lee, did you have different pics than the ones that Master Yoda linked to?

Is that an elevator that you take to the top, some sort of hoist, or what?

I figure they must have at least one or two additional people up there for safety checks and all. Looks like close quarters!

Another little tidbit, Tink used to have a dressing room in what is now the suite in the castle where she got dressed and had her lights rigged and whatnot. Now Tink has a teeny tiny curtained off section in the character room in the tunnel and rides the elevator up to the the top when it's time to take off. Many people I know hate this change, including a few of Tink's "friends" that I know and some of my friends who work at Cinderella's Royal Table, because she takes up their elevator.
