Yea! This will be wonderful.

After American McGee's Alice has basicaly been put in the trash I'm happy that the Burton/Depp/Elfman combo will take on Alice.

This movie is going to be so good! I cannot wait to see Johnny in this role. He always plays interesting and this will be a great fit for him. :D

It does sound good, maybe this could be the inspiration for a new dark ride, as Johnny Depp attempts to overtake Nemo in taking over WDW :drevil:.

In all seriousness it should be good to see what they do. I am huge fan of Tim Burton's Batman work.

last time i heard i thought disney was teaming up with tim burton remastering the old movie, and making it into 3-D. ( sort of like what they're planning to do to the toy story movies )

Speaking of Johnny Depp did anyone hear about Depp being rumored for the next Batman movie? He is reportedly going to be the Riddler with Phillip Seymour Hoffman(Capote, bad guy in Mission Impossible III) as the Penguin.

My DD will be so excited about the Batman news. She was thrilled to hear about the re-make of Alice by Burton/Depp.

Should I be concerned that my 13 year old is so into the spooky and macabe? When I was her age I read Nancy Drew and Little House on the Prairie. She reads Stephen King and runs around in black clothes with black nail polish and watches movies about homicidal barbers and walking skeletons.:veryconfu :animwink:
