Disney hasn't had an earnings call before regular trading since 2009 — the call begins at 8:30 am ET on May 7, the exact same time the summer 2024 opening was confirmed at Mardi Gras. If this is their plan, it's right in front of our eyes. This is 100% speculation on my end, to be clear.

I don't know what their plan is in regards to when the date is going to be announced, but what I do know is that they know when it's opening.

"...will open ON this Summer..." I am guessing there was supposed to be a date there, but was then changed to Summer, and they left the mistake in the tweet.
