I will say, I've been hearing Memorial Day for Cast previews. Don't know how accurate that is, even my source admits that's a rumor within the company, but it is entirely possible
Since they haven't worked it in a year and a half, they need to relearn how to operate it. Plus with different scenes/AAs, they need to relearn safety measures for evacs. Why would the cast members need training? It is the same track/guide that was there for Splash Mountain.
I wonder how much different the training is from the previous attraction? They've just been scheduled, although unsure of for when, but they only need 4 days
There were some ride control system updates that should help prevent as many breakdowns as Splash suffered.I wonder how much different the training is from the previous attraction?
Did they change the control panels in the re theme?
Which is good. My friend College Programmed Splash years ago and he said it was a miracle if it went two days in a row without a meltdown. There were some ride control system updates that should help prevent as many breakdowns as Splash suffered.
The number of emergency evacs (and the process to evac) became a serious problem in its later years.Which is good. My friend College Programmed Splash years ago and he said it was a miracle if it went two days in a row without a meltdown.

I remember that in the months leading up to its closure it was going down nearly daily. The number of emergency evacs (and the process to evac) became a serious problem in its later years.
What about the Dads?!?Given that they’ve let this slip, I imagine we will get a date this week. Surprise some moms with free tickets to the opening or something!
It's been "a minute" since I've been involved in anything like this, but at least last I heard a CMs ability to work in a specific role/location (known as "proficiencies") expires after 6 months of non-use, requiring retraining before being able to do the role again. Why would the cast members need training? It is the same track/guide that was there for Splash Mountain.
It went down for about 10 minutes that night. It had evac'd the previous two nights, though.Even on its final day, it was down in the morning, no?
Bob's ego wants him to announce the opening date tomorrow. We'll see if his handlers allow that to happen.
Why? We all know it's going to be open within 2 months. Unless you're waiting to make last-minute plans, you already have a trip booked if it's that important to you (The royal "you", not you specifically). Many of us want Bob's ego to announce the opening date tomorrow.

Fair.Curiosity. Anticipation. Why not if they know the date.
Does that answer?
