I will never understand that. Guests freak when they see a duck or a rabbit, like they are something special.
Is it not obvious? Some believe the animals are actual AAs.

I remember a woman going hysterical over a squirrel that was climbing a tree and saying, "OMG! That's amazing! Look how real they are!"

Haha, it does seem funny, but I'll offer this as an explanation (because, sadly I've been the one freaking out). Young children love seeing animals of any type. I don't believe it has anything to do with being in Disney, but I would call my 2yo sons attention to ducks or rabbits anywhere.

No, I'm talking about all guests. I've seen older people with out guests completely freak at the sight of a duck.

What's worse is when that happens on the Safari - there are exotic African animals all around them, and what do they fixate on? A rabbit... :brick:

This thread took a very hilarious turn:ROFLOL:
But yeah, my niece likes to quack when she sees a duck or any bird for that matter. My family always points out ducks like they are something fantastic.
I would consider a freak out over an albino squirrel like my University has on campus, but nothing else.

I still have my Thumper stuffed animal I git back in 1985 from Disney. It will be nice to finally get a picture with him. My goal is to have a picture taken with every character and make an album out of it. :)

That's a cute idea!

I sense the Disney Bunnies franchise is trying to start taking off.

I saw that franchise a couple of months ago on some books. Does anyone know what's come of that?

I've wondered that too! We have one of the books here!
