If I remember right I think he was out at 11, 12, 2, and 3. I think he was out for 20 minute sets. That was the info from the CHIP hotline for that day. Other days could have different schedules.

what about Flower? Flower would have been a GREAT meet and greet with Thumper!

I cant agree more with the idea of some different characters getting out and about. I think Thumper is adorable!!!!!!!!! And seeing Flower would be just the coolest!!!!!!! Belle

For that matter, what about Bambi? The whole idea is to promote the Bambi DVD, right? Now there would be an interesting three character set.

Bambi

Bambi would be interesting. But it might be difficult to build a character costume for a four-legged creature. You know, what might be really interesting would be to build a stand-alone robot of Bambi based on the Lucky the Dinosaur technology. He could be really soft and little kids could pet him. That might be interesting.

I have an old video on my computer about WDW from, it appears to be, 1971. In showing fantasyland, they show the characters on the different rides... Well... When showing Mr. Toad's Wild Ride, we see Flower on one track going into the ride and Thumper on the other side. So the Flower character existed at one time. Along with the Thumper it appears...

Along with those characters on Mr. Toad, they go to Dumbo on Dumbo the Flying Elephant, The Walrus (as in the Walrus and the Carpenter) on Cinderella's Royal Carousel with Alice and the White Rabbit, and a non facecharacter version of the Mad Hatter on the teacups... Very interesting indeed.
