Too short to wait more than 30 min for a thrill seeker like me... Personally, I wouldn't waste a FP for it...
Since MK isn't thrill-ride heavy, I'm curious what your top 5 FP options would be. I'd definitely take RNRC or Everest over SDMT, but what's in MK that would be higher priority for you?

Where is the option in the survey for I like the ride, but the metal "safety" bars cause discomfort in the huevos region, for those of us with long legs.

I personally like Space Mountain and Big Thunder ahead of 7 Dwarfs, but we're able to fit all of them in during one trip, often multiple times. It's a good ride, but I would caution people to not think of it so much as a big thrill ride, more of a Disney ride with some thrill effect.

I voted for It's good but I'm not waiting 60 minutes for it let alone 120 minutes. However that applies to every single ride or attraction in any theme park including Disney. I have ridden it a total of three times. I'm not a kid, I'm pushing 72 years old. The last time I rode it was this past September. I like it. I've never been a fan of coasters so the combining of coaster and dark ride I find to be genius. Just the right amount of each. So I don't wish to have it longer unless the entire amount of the extension is a dark ride genre. In the three times that I have ridden, it has never been much more the a walk-on and I have never been able to score a Fastpass for it. One time it was during the daytime parade, another was the night parade (Castle projection show now) and the last was early morning. Sometimes you get caught in a 60 minute wait. That happens often in Soarin. But in my humble opinion unless there is someone there passing out Million dollar checks at the end, anything beyond 60 minutes requires a certain amount of insanity. 😉 :D

Definite get a FP for ride because it is not worth even an hour wait let alone two hours. Very well detailed but it is extremely short. More of a kiddie ride. TRON will not make a dent in this attractions wait times as Tron is an adult coaster.

I like it! I really don't get the hate... then again, I ride it for the stuff with the Dwarfs themselves as opposed to the "roller coaster" portions...

I blame the Princess meet-n-greet.
Yeah, they really need to put a new dark ride in there. Fantasyland needs another people-eater or two.

I think given the theming and lack of intensity, it makes for good family ride that toddlers to grandparents can ride, and that is why it is so popular. It's a step up from a kiddie coaster like Barnstormer due to the theming and not as scary a prospect as the other Mountains in the park.

I think it's great, especially when you enter the queue right before park closing (the wait is much shorter then) and sit at the back of the train (from where the whole thing feels surprisingly zippy). It still confuses me that some (most?) consider this anything less than an E-Ticket.

It is a roller coaster, I think most people going on such rides would be very disappointed if there were more slow parts.
There is a ride at Legoland FL called the Dragon. You go through a whole slow part in the building at the beginning and see Lego models, then go outside and there is the coaster part. LL doesn't theme as well as Disney, but it is a nice idea and makes the ride feel longer. I think it would work well on this ride. It is just way too short.

Blink, blink. Breathe, breathe. Day in, day out.
Knowing what it was supposed to be makes it disappointing.

Without knowing what it was supposed to be makes it fantastic.
