Theory, DCA is becoming a movie Park

He has been in lots of “Adventure” genre movies.
And he has been with Disney a lot for over a decade and soon will still be.
(Race to Witch Mountain, Moana, Jungle Cruise, possibly a Moana 2 but I don’t think that because Moana didn’t do amazing but if we can get a Ralph sequel, we can get a Moana sequel)
I think you need to do some research before just throwing out these suggestions.

Again Rock has only been in 3 Disney movies to date, Game Plan, Race to Witch Mountain, and Moana. And a new one in Jungle Cruise coming next year. Now if you want to expand to Fox, well that is only 1, Tooth Fairy. For a total of 5 movies for any Disney brand which is not "a lot".

So again I don't know where any of these are related to anything to do with Grizzly River Run.

I never said Disney movies,
I actually do a lot of research.

The Rock was better when he was making movies like Race to Witch Mountain. I “watched” that movie with my friends for my birthday in fifth grade while we sat around eating Domino’s.

You did say Disney. But more to the point, why would Disney retheme or create ANY attraction to a non-Disney film?
They had plans for lots (mentioned by Jim Hill in a Disney Dish podcast) but Bob Igor has them make Disney film related, so we don’t get any original rides since also they don’t bring people to the park.

I saw that movie two days ago, yeah I “watched” it to. It is ok but I just can’t watch it.
The Rock was better when he was asking his opponents if they smelled what he was cooking.
Yeah, he mentions that every now and then, especially when he said he was going to”raid” Area 51

Its Bob Iger, not Igor. Igor is the hunchback in the Frankenstein movies. And no matter what I think about Bob, I know he isn't a hunchback.

We're also talking about today, not sometime in the past. So again I ask the question why would Disney retheme or create ANY attraction to a non-Disney film at this point.

I get this is sort of like your armchair Imagineering thread. But let's keep it based in reality here in the main Disneyland forum. There is a whole forum for armchair Imagineering, might want to go check that out instead of posting that stuff here.

I already I have, first of all I have shared like seven ideas there, in high detail. I mention a few ideas instead of exactly describing them but instead mentioning them as once I go into exact detail I think it would belong in the Imagineering

I associate the Rock more with Universal. The Fast and Furious franchise seems to be the only card they have left to play and they're milking that in a Disney-esque way with spinoffs and a lame screen ride.
Yeah,
Universal has used him a lot and Disney has toyed with him with their films, they now know how to properly use him

DCA is Disney’s way of competing with Universal Studios. A place where they can keep plugging in new IP where they view everything is expendable since it doesn’t have the history, quality and nostalgia of DLs attractions.

Their mistake is continuously pressing the reset button not allowing DCA to build much of its own nostalgia. TOT, Soarin over California were on their way or maybe there already. It’s the reason I only go to USH about once every 5 years. I don’t view it as a theme park but more like a collection of rides that continuously get swapped out for the hottest IP. So I go see how terrible Fast n Furious is and then I’m good for 5 years til the they ve built 2 or 3 more things. The only thing left that I love about USH is the Tram Tour which you can only do once in a while. All the other stuff I would have been nostalgic about like ET, Back 2 the Future, The I Love Lucy tribute, the original King Kong and even the original Jurassic Park are gone. I liked Conan too but I can understand that one.
