Yes, my wife says those are collard greens. We both enjoyed fried chicken but that was her side. I had tomato soup.Are those collard greens?
The fried chicken looks pretty good.

Since I am in South Carolina, I naturally wanted to try some NON-chain-restaurant authentic southern fried chicken. It WAS really good
I tried something only in SC I think. It’s called SC hash. I call it liquid BBQ stew served on top of white rice. Today we drove 5 and a half hours to a suburb of Richmond VA. Tomorrow we will drive another 340 miles and arrive home. Tonight's dinner at Ruby Tuesdays...
Hard to find Ruby Tuesdays a number have closed but when I go I love their very fresh all u can eat salad bar and when those garlic tasting croutons come out fresh that is even better!

The Ruby Tuesdays in our area did indeed close. So "yup", that's why we took our chance tonight.
Looks great! I used to love going to Ruby Tuesday's when I used to.have to go to Atlanta for work. There's never been one near me up here.
