I may or may not have 2 bags of cheese curds in my Wisconsin refrigerator. Now the best way to eat cheese curds is really to beer batter them and deep fry them....yum!

I may or may not have 2 bags of cheese curds in my Wisconsin refrigerator. Now the best way to eat cheese curds is really to beer batter them and deep fry them....yum!

Oh yes, my coworker mentioned that, but decided to leave them in their “natural” state…!!!!!
If they had been beer batter fried, I imagine I would have eaten so many I would have gone into a food coma at the office, and that probably wouldn’t have been a good look…!!!!!

It is indeed, and I can’t finish it anymore, as I’m too old to eat like that these days, so I get a to-go container for the rest, which gives a second full meal…win, win…!!!!!
