Almost St Patrick's-ish
Smoked brisket and Provolone on an onion roll. I smoked the brisket yesterday and got a great peppery bark on it. I warmed it up in a skillet with a shallow pool of beef consume concentrate. One of the best sandwiches I've ever had.
