Tonights meal I'm dubbing a "90's standard" as I remember having entrees like it at restaurants like Applebee's, Ruby Tuesdays, TGIFriday's etc. etc. all the time back in the day.
Provolone chicken with mushrooms and onions, roast potato wedges and a side of broccoli. It was good but I think I should have gone with Monterey Jack or Swiss cheese instead.
