Might be the just the angle of the photo, so I'm trying to figure out what it is -- grilled chicken, maybe? Did you marinate it in something first, as the color caught my attention.

Pork. I was the grill guy...my wife marinated it. Not sure in what though. Sorry.

My husband love the char siu pork at Skipper Canteen, I didn’t know a sauce was sold. I’ll be on the look out for this so we can try to recapture the Skipper Canteen at home!

Those ones are about 4 1/2- 5 hours away. I live in the northern part of Wisconsin, I'm actually really close to Minneapolis/St. Paul so I'm sure there are some Asian markets there, actually I think there is one about 15 minutes away. The larger town close to me has a large Hmong population. Thanks for looking though.
