May is hamburger month so we make a different type of burger every week to celebrate. This week’s burger: taco seasoned guacamole burger with bacon and cheddar cheese.

My wife made brunch today. We normally have takeout or eat out for lunch on Sunday, but we have not been going anywhere lately.
This is a spinach, mushroom, sausage and pepper jack cheese quiche. It was served with grits, spiral sliced ham, fruits including grapes, pineapple, strawberries, blueberries and orange slices, and peanut butter french toast (I had sugar free syrup which is surprisingly good, but no telling what kind of chemicals that stuff is made with), but I only got a pic of the quiche and that was after it was already sliced. Good stuff.

Looks great! I like to put slaw and pickles on pulled pork sandwiches too. Give that a try sometime.
