Excellent. (The only substitution I make is to not use peas, because I don't like them. Sometimes, I dice up some celery and put that in. Other times, I just leave out the green veggie completely, and gorge down the delicious tuna noodle casserole without it!) :hungry:
I add a little carrot, mushroom, and onions into the mix to get more vegetables and top it off with crispy fried onions to the for extra crunch.

Tome to get some NYE pics up. Loaded stuffed potatoes, stuffed pork loin with ham, pancetta and df mozzarella, stuffed spaghetti squash with peppers, onion, celery, garlic bread crumbs and "sausage" pasta salad with a bit of everything

Everglazed Donuts & Cold Brew at Disney Springs​

Peanut Butter Explosion donut
glazed yeast donut is slathered in chocolate icing and a more than generous portion of peanut butter chips. The donut is then topped off with a Reese's Peanut Butter cup and a dollop of chocolate peanut butter frosting.

Now, if you want to jazz up some regular potatoes, I'm all in!!! :hungry:

Peas, sweet potato, what other good stuff do you not like? There is only one thing I can think of that I despise the taste of and that is raw celery. I currently can't eat seafood of any kind, but used to love. After getting violently sick after eating some seafood a couple of years ago, I just can't handle it right now. I hope that goes away eventually.
