Made homemade Crunch Wrap Supremes for my friend and I for dinner. I don't eat beef so I have never had one from Taco Bell but I had heard they were pretty good so I found a recipe online and have made them since.

Tried something different for breakfast today. We have one of these left from the holidays so I took a big slice and sautéed it in Kerrygold until a nice golden brown then served it with a dollop of peach preserves and syrup. Kinda like a mix between fluffy pancakes and French toast.
