Actually, if you look at the back taco, there’s some shredded cheese sticking out of it…she got the cheese on the side so she could add it herself, and just hadn’t gotten to the other 2 tacos yet before I snapped the pic…!!!

I am not from WI, but spent plenty of time there. Still being from originally from Rockford, I fully support this comment. Every time we go to the Dells we bring 2 coolers full of cheese home.

My apologies for the late response.
The vegan “brisket” is seitan, which is wheat gluten. Similar to tofu, it takes on the flavors of how and what you cook it with. It was actually very tasty, but I prefer actual brisket, of course…!!!!!
Our oldest DD and two young granddaughters (at least for now ) are the vegans in the family…!!!
