We stopped off of I-95 near the VA/NC border in NC and Texas Roadhouse is a great way to end the day , then rest in the hotel after a long first day of driving. We don't stop there for lunch because I don't want to doze off while driving because of eating too much.

You are lucky to still have a Red Lobster. Reports are saying the company which already have been closing locations , soon to declare bankruptcy , not if but when all nationwide ops will shut down . The several locations in the Orlando / Kissimmee areas have all closed when we were there recently .

I was aware of this and "Yes" I do feel lucky to still have a Red Lobster.
