I always give a "Like" to your food photos but would you allow me to confess that I dislike the aroma and the taste of Asparagus?Made Asparagus and Portobello flatbreads and a salad this evening.
I know asparagus is a polarizing vegetable, but I can tell you I have found the smell and taste can be altered depending on how they are prepared. I personally have always roasted them with olive oil, lemon, garlic, salt and pepper and I find it make them less acrid and sweet.I always give a "Like" to your food photos but would you allow me to confess that I dislike the aroma and the taste of Asparagus?
Does anyone else wish to confess they don't like Asparagus or will I stand alone? (It's ok if I'm the only one )

Glad you found a way to make them a bit more palatable. I used to avoid eating brussel sprouts but the way it was prepared at WDW was delish. At Boardwalk there was a Greek restaurant with Kat Kozzina as the celebrity chef. The dish was grilled with salt pepper garlic olive oil and other spices. Chef Kat came to our table to say hello and I just raved about this delish appetizer.I know asparagus is a polarizing vegetable, but I can tell you I have found the smell and taste can be altered depending on how they are prepared. I love brussels sprouts and have a few ways I like to prepare them.
