We have had our fill of heavy meals and desserts for the week so we have been going lighter with vegetarian options, salads and soups for our meals. Tonight I picked up a Butternut squash lasagna from Trader Joes and made a easy tomato, onion and olive salad.

This reminded me, I have one of these in my freezer. What did you think?

Hi guys! I was on vacation during December visiting Ft. Lauderdale, Miami, a 2 wk Carribbean cruise on Sky Princess, and ended with WDW over Christmas. I ate lots of tasty food so I'll start sharing some of those pics. I gained 8 pounds on this trip .

It was pretty good! Big enough for two to share as long as you have a salad, garlic bread or other sides.

I went to Gloria Estefan's place on Ocean Drive back in the day. I saw on their website that the restaurant has closed. I liked eating at Bongos at Downtown Disney years ago.

My daughter had the mac and cheese instead of fries. She liked it. Since you and she agree, I will try to remember next time to ask for mac and cheese and take a break from fries.
