I have the week after Easter off. School Spring Break. Lunch at home can be different from what I would take to school if I was teaching today. Grilled Cheese and blueberry/strawberry baked something or other.....again...my wife prepares it...I eat it!

Haven't post in a wee bit mostly because we recently started doing Factor 75 meals for convenience. I did mean to post last weekend for the Holiday but we were running around traveling from family meals to family get togethers that there just didn't seem to be time.
Anyway Happy Easter or in our case EAT-ster.
Tonight I kept it simple and made Totellini with a spinach salad and some garlic bread.

I am impressed that you know the word "sambal". It is too spicy for me but my wife uses it. Sambal sauce is always in our pantry or refrigerator.
