I am impressed that you know the word "sambal". It is too spicy for me but my wife uses it. Sambal sauce is always in our pantry or refrigerator.

I use it as dipping sauce but at times I need Tums afterwards. But it is a nice addition to give dishes that fiery kick.

I finally made the famous Hollywood Brown Derby's Cobb Salad. I have never had one myself as its made with pork pretty much everywhere I have gone and seen it on the menu, so my version was made with Turkey Bacon, Thick cut Roast Turkey and all of the accoutrements dressed in Green Goddess dressing. IT WAS FANTASTIC!
