the only thing I got from Royal Farms was the chicken . the spaghetti squash I cooked, I usually cut it in half length wise and bake it you can put just salt and pepper with butter or top it with marinara/pasta sauce the flavor is mild
if you have a chance try it. I am going to try growing some this year
