This was the only photo I got of dinner last night. The rest of the meal was delightful but after moving a kid into a college apartment, we could have just repeated this course and been done, for all I cared.

In honor of @SteveBrickNJ trip - I will double post. ‘Dinner’ (Midnight snack to our central time zoned bodies) on our flight from IAD to LHR earlier this summer.
I have never taken photos of my airplane food before and didn’t even know about this thread then, but somehow I have these! These are economy seats (4 business class tickets overseas = I cannot afford! ) so these are economy meals.
My daughter got the vegetarian option - veggies with maybe edamame?? Some sort of quinoa salad with a leaf of lettuce. Mine was a chicken pasta creation with the same salad. Dessert was lemon sherbet- you can kind of see it in the corner of one pic.

It was! I was actually inspired to make it after having one at Au Bon Pain in MCO years ago. Always crave them and look for an ABP in an airport when I am traveling.
