113 pieces?? Wow I guess there’s a lot more being added to the castle than the concept art shows.
Maybe some decor will be on the Castle Stage?

As do I. So far I think they look very regal. I honestly don’t really mind that they’re molded. The only reason we notice it is because of these zoomed in, high definition photos of the castle, which is not how one will view them in person.

Plan was always ~18 months. I’m under the impression that the timeline shifted from Memorial Day 2021-51st Anniversary to 50th Anniversary-Spring 2023

I don't think parades are coming back anytime soon. I have friends who are CMs and told me a lot of the parade performers were let go. Most of the furloughed ones are usually the character performers.Yes, I posted that in TDR's Expansion thread! Hopefully TDR's insiders will chime in on if it's true or not.
Good to know the Floats are still up!I'm not worried about PTN/MSEP still at DLR yet...... Heck! There's not even a Pyro after hours test night on the horizon yet!
Any buzz about Magic Happens returning in May? DL's Birthday? Fall????

At WDW, all parade performers are also character performers. And there are still a TON waiting for recall from furlough. It’s a little different than Disneyland where performers are only contracted to specific offerings. At WDW, performers can pretty much be trained to do anything (parades, shows, characters, puppets) as long as it isn’t equity.
