Kim Masters of the Hollywood Reporter reports that Perlmutter and Peltz want Rasulo to replace Iger as CEO.

What is complicating things is that Balckwells has also nominated several people to the board who are unknowns to Disney shareholders while Rasulo is very well known and liked internally. Disney wants nothing to do with Blackwells nominees either.

And still the Board gives Bob full support. During Q&A with Bob and shareholders at annual meeting , still waiting for the tough questions posed to him.

Even Chapek shortly before he was fired, met with the shareholders who were wined dined and stayed at the most luxurious resort at WDW - Four Seasons WDW. FS makes the Grand Floridian look like a Sheraton.
What are you trying to say about the super lavish magical Disney Deluxe Resorts?

You can be part of the magic!!

Not only is Four Seasons superior in many ways, the shareholders won't be running into unhappy cast members. Four Seasons at WDW is third party staff.
Four seasons was taken private years ago by bill gates and others because they didn’t like “market forces” affecting quality

…wish I could think of an entertainment conglomerate that needs the exact same treatment? 🤷🏻‍♂️

It was suspected black rock would go with Peltz in January 2023…and vanguard may have followed.

If that happens now…guess who gets fired?

They are not making any money off it…it’s really a simple concept here
