Multiple wrestling news websites are now reporting that NBA City is shutting down for a physical WWE Hall of Fame. I know it's been rumored to come for a while, but this is the first news I've seen about NBA City being the location. Any word on that, @HTF? Perhaps an announcement at the Performance Center's upcoming opening?

I'd be surprised if Universal were willing to lose a restaurant for this.

That would suck. We like NBA City. Never had a bad meal there and the prices aren't too bad.

I'm also an NBA City fan. Never had a problem with their food and it's a fun place to eat at. I think it's pretty dead nowadays, though, and as a wrestling fan I'm excited at the possibility of a full-blown WWE Hall of Fame, shop, etc. I've been wanting them in Universal Orlando for the longest time.

I liked NBA City, too, but it's been dead for years. Shows the power of branding--better, slightly less expensive food than HRC or Margaritaville, but those are the two that draw the tourists.

There were rumors of this years ago...heck it was rumored even after Mummy replaced Kong that he would eventually come back...

But it was all nothing but talk and some blue sky dreaming. Now, thanks to HTF being willing to spill the beans, we know that this project is very likely becoming a reality!
