So pulling from Muk is where I got inspiration for Marco Phage only after his creation was I like wow this cell is totally also like Swalot.

During Stemphanie's transformation from her Stem to White Blood Cell I pulled insporation from Sailor Moon for the text in the Doc, and Gundam and Custom Robo along with Honey Lemon from Big Hero 6 for the actual look. I really wanted to channel that late 90's / early 2000's anime/Japanese pop culture that had exploded in popularity during that time.

In a very Sailor Moonesque transformation Stemphanie changes from stem cell to a white blood cell, protector of the body and soldier in the immune system.

Spoiler: Out of Context : Spiritomb

Baxter Ria's whole aesthetic and face was inspired by the menacingness that Spirtitomb embodies. I just wanted something of pure evil to contrast with the otherwise cutesy designs of many of the characters.

• The Pre-Show was lovely! I really liked the dialogue. The “hahas” aren’t the most professional form of writing laughter, but I think it works with the vibe of the project.

In the preshow Nervous Nancy is legitimatly saying hahaha due to her social awkwardness. She's really bad at communicating and would be that weird quirky kid in school that would say hahaha with a super concerned look on their face due to their uncomfort. Maybe these kids only existed in the schools I went too

But yea she isn't actually laughing, she's near close to peeing herself from nervousness. Just wanted to clear that up, but noted for future reference. Thank you.

3pm rolls around. The sounds of Main Street USA fade out as cast members hurriedly begin to block off the street from guests. It’s deathly silent as large crowds form down both sides of Main Street. Suddenly you can hear it - footsteps. A lot of them, approaching quickly. They grow louder and louder as suddenly a stampede of teenaged boys clad in long-sleeved under armour that is for some reason being worn under a baby blue “Gamers Rise Up” t-shirt and pair of olive green cargo shorts come rushing by, sweat pouring over their unkempt hair and down their cratered faces. Their arms are outstretched behind them, providing them the perfect aerodynamics to run faster than any man. In a flash they are gone as they turn into the Main Street Stable. “Alexander’s Ragtime Band” fades back in as the crowd disperses. It is over.
