Also just uploaded. Not as exciting, but I love the charm of it. I'm also loving the fact that this land is seeming to blur the lines between a set piece and a full blown AA. So much motion and kinetic energy!

If anyone can find a POV of the Mario Kart ride without the ARG goggles literally slapped on to the camera lens, please let me know. It's really hard to distinguish what's a screen and what's a physical set piece with the ARG stuff flying everywhere. That's probably a good sign for the overall experience, but I'd still REALLY like to know exactly how much of it is practical before forming an opinion on it one way or the other.

I'll withhold judgement till I see it for real, but it looks really slow for Mario Kart and wayyyyy too busy visually!
The same channel has that video along with stuff on every shop and walkthrough and all, gonna be checking that out next.
I’m scared to watch!! I don’t wanna be disappointed!! Nintendo/Mario is like my third favorite thing!

Without even watching, my instincts are telling me the AR element is absolutely necessary to the experience. I feel like this ride cannot be done properly justice from a video.

Pretty much. The AR element is pretty much how they get all the Mario Kart characters racing around you, along with the enemies that you fire shells at during the ride.
