Fun answer: Madame Leota. I just want her in her floating crystal ball to hover near me at all times and to chant ominously about my enemies' sins in rhyme.

Actual answer/s: The Ghost Host, definitely. Used to scared of him growing up (I would usually skip over the Haunted Mansion segment in Remember, Dreams Come True because of it), but now, he's like an old friend. The second one would be Lord Henry Mystic (from HKDL's Mystic Manor). The dude's house and its furnishings completely comes alive because of an enchanted music box and his pet monkey and was rather chill about it.

Dr. Nigel Channing! Some may say that he ruined Journey into Imagination but that wasn’t his fault and I think he’s a very funny character in an otherwise charmless pavilion!
